Welcome to our large family ski apartment (63 sqm); sleeps 8 (max). Our aim has been to create a practical, comfortable surrounding; very well equipped throughout (not like many shabby and tired rental apartments!) - in a great location, ski in out, idea for families or large groups.
The apartment building, Residence Le Pramecou, Val Claret, is entered via a secure key pad entry lock. When you enter the building you arrive in the bright, open lobby area, with the ski lockers off to the right hand side. Our apartment, number 27, is on floor 4, due to the contour of the land, you reach the apartment by going up one level in the lift, situated through the lobby area on the left, or by one short flight of stairs next to the lift.
The apartment comprises: entrance hall with coat hooks, bench and boot storage. Leading off the hall are 2 bedrooms; a double bedded room with king size bed and a family room, sleeping 4. The living/dining room has a sofa bed, which converts to a double bed or two singles; wide screen TV with Sky and DVD, iPod dock, WiFi available (at small supplement).. We have 2 bathrooms and a separate WC. The apartment has been recently refurbished, with modern kitchen with new dishwasher and proper oven/hob, microwave etc; bright , easy clean bathrooms, and new furniture in many areas of the apartment. Comfortable beds with quality matresses, duvets and pillows. King size bed in main bedroom; 1 bunk bed and 1 twin bed in second bedroom; twin sofa bed in lounge; High quality linen and towels available (at supplement). Ski locker.
Our aim has been to create a fresh, bright, comfortable rental apartment, ideal for families (sleeps 8) that provides all our visitors with a real home from home, not just a dingy, gllomy holiday rental apartment.
With an excellent, convenient location in private apartment block in Val Claret, the apartment provides easy and quick access to the main lifts at the foot of the Grande Motte (ski in out, lifts less than 60 seconds away on skis!). Evolution 2 and ESF Ski schools meets less than a minutes walk away and of course add in great ski in out access. The location provides a peaceful, relaxed setting, with simple access to shops, bars and restaurants just 2 minutes walk away.
Val Claret, Tignes is located right at the foot of the Grande Motte, at 3,450m high one of the highest in the Alps (you can summer ski here as well) The Tignes/ Val d'Isere area provides a wide variety of skiing for all abilities. Tignes consists of several small villages all interconnected by many lifts and runs. Due to its altitude it is one of the first ski areas to get snow in the winter and the resort remains open all the way through until early May.
